- Note that Perlo Ltd is a VAT registered company (@20%) and therefore all invoices will include said Tax.
- Should you accept a quote, please note that we request 50% of the total value as a deposit to confirm the booking to be paid with a minimum of 3 working days, prior to the work taking place.
- The outstanding balance shall be paid on completion of the work, unless pre-arranged between both parties. (Example: 50% - 25% - 25%)
- Perlo does not make good in the event of the need to open hatches on ceilings, chasing walls, lifting of carpets floorboards etc, unless pre-arranged and included on the quote.
- If a job is arranged and booked, the client has the rights to cancel before the job is to take place. Failing that the client is liable to a late cancellation fee of£150 + VAT.
- Perlo Ltd, reserves the right to charge a late payment charge, over the total amount outstanding, per each week that the balance remains unclear.
